Breevo Australia – Return & Refund Policy (ACL Compliant Version)

At Breevo Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”), we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), as well as our 30-day change-of-mind return policy.
This policy applies to purchases made directly from breevo.com.au.
1. Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
You are entitled to:

A replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage; and

Repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
These rights apply regardless of our change-of-mind policy, and regardless of whether the product has been used.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.
2. 30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns (Breevo Policy)
In addition to your ACL rights, Breevo offers a 30-day change-of-mind return policy.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unused and in new, resellable condition

In its original packaging with all accessories
-
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Change-of-mind returns do not apply to used items.
Breevo reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
Change-of-Mind Returns:

Customer pays return shipping

Breevo does not provide pre-paid labels

We recommend using a tracked courier service
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items:
✔ Breevo covers the return shipping costs
✔ This is required under the Australian Consumer Law
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected:

You will receive an email notification of approval or rejection

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refund timeframe:

3–10 business days after approval

Banks or card providers may require extra processing time

6. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items (ACL Protected)
Please check your order upon delivery.

Missing components

Incorrect item received
Provide clear photos or videos so we can assess the issue promptly.
Depending on the nature of the fault, you may be entitled to:

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for change of mind, but faults are still covered under the ACL:

Sale or clearance items (unless faulty under ACL)
